Allysa Seely is a Paralympic Gold Medalist in triathlon. She found triathlon in 2008 after growing up as a runner and a dancer. Allysa competed as a Sun Devil while attending ASU from 2008-2012. In 2012, she made the leap to the international stage. Since that time, she has raced in countries all over the world representing the USA. Over the past four years, she has medaled in all but one race. Allysa’s career highlights include being 2015 and 2016 World Champion, and a 2016 Paralympic Gold Medalist. When she is not training or traveling, Allysa brings the lessons she has learned in sport and through the numerous challenges she has faced to schools, Universities, companies and wellness seminars. Allysa enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Bentley and Mowgli, hiking, paddle boarding and laughing with friends. After Allysa retires from sport, she looks forward to returning to a career in the medical field.
